As a reminder, families must maintain vigilance in watching for any symptoms related to COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution, we are forwarding the following checklist for families to review prior to arrival at our fields.
- Has the player or anyone in your household been in contact with anyone testing positive for COVID-19 anytime within the previous 14 days?
- Has the player or anyone in your household recently lost their sense of taste or smell?
- Has the player or anyone in your household recently developed a dry, persistent cough?
- Has the player or anyone in your household recently developed a soar throat?
- Has the player or anyone in your household exhibited shortness of breath and/or unusual fatigue?
- Has the player or anyone in your household recorded a temperature over 100.3 degrees within the last 24 hours? (IF YOU HAVE, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN COORDINATE AT THE BOARD LEVEL)
Though not exhaustive, this list can help in detecting the possibility of a COVID-19 infection. Anyone answering YES to any of the above questions may NOT attend CYS programming. Caution is critical in these unprecedented times and we all appreciate your cooperation in reviewing this list and adhering to the directive to remain at home if exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19.
Reminders, please follow the following rules while at practices or game day:
- All families and players must wear a mask, including coaches. Players may remove masks while on the field, but must wear the mask while on the sidelines.
- Please maintain social distancing for the duration of the event. (6 feet or more)
- Sanitize frequently including equipment, hands, etc.
- Please bring your own soccer ball, water bottle - NO SHARING
- Parents must remain in the designated PARENT AREA (FIELD MAP COMING SOON)
